يتلو مدير السجن أو مأموره منطوق الحكم الصادر
بالاعدام والتهمة المحكوم من أجلها على المحكوم عليه وذلك فى مكان التنفيذ
وبمسمع من الحاضرين . وإذا رغب المحكوم عليه فى إبداء أقوال
يحرر وكيل النائب العام محضرا بها .
