إذا خالف المفرج عنه الشروط التى وضعت للافراج
ولم يقم بالواجبات المفروضة عليه ألغى الإفراج عنه وأعيد إلى السجن
ليستوفى المدة الباقية من العقوبة المحكوم بها عليه .
ويكون إلغاء الإفراج فى هذه الحالة بأمر من مدير عام السجون بناء
على طلب رئيس النيابة فى الجهة التى بها المفرج عنه ، ويجب أن يبين
فى الطلب الأسباب المبررة له .
