لا تسرى أحكام الإفراج تحت شرط الواردة فى هذا القانون على المحكوم عليهم
لارتكابهم أيا من الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم ١٠ لسنة ١٩١٤ فى شأن
التجمهر ، والقانون رقم ١٨٢ لسنة ١٩٦٠ فى شأن مكافحة المخدرات وتنظيم
استعمالها والاتجار فيها عدا الجناية المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٣٧) منه ، وقانون
مكافحة غسل الأموال الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨٠ لسنة ٢٠٠٢ ، وقانون مكافحة
الإرهاب الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩٤ لسنة ٢٠١٥
