يجب على مأمور السجن أن يبلغ فورا مساعد الوزير لقطاع مصلحة السجون ومدير الأمن والنيابة العامة بما يقع من المسجونين من هياج أو عصيان جماعى أو عند علمه بحالات الإضراب عن الطعام، والإجراءات التى قامت بها إدارة السجن حيال ذلك.
