لمساعد الوزير لقطاع مصلحة السجون التصريح لممثلى السفارات والقناصل بزيارة المسجونين المنتمين لجنسية الدول التى يمثلونها أو التى ترعى تلك السفارات مصالحها، وتقديم التسهيلات اللازمة لهم بشرط المعاملة بالمثل.
