يكون الترخيص صالحا من تاريخ صدوره و ينتهى فى آخر
شهر ديسمبر من السنة التى منح فيها .
و يجوز تجديده ويكون التجديد لمدة سنة تبدأ من أول شهر يناير لقاء
رسم يؤديه طالب التجديد لا يجاوز سنة .
