يكون الصرف من أموال النقابة بشيكات تسحب على المصرف المودعة به هذه الأموال بأذون صرف وذلك طبقا للقواعد التي يضعها مجلس النقابة . ويوقع وكيل النقابة أخصر وأمين الصندوق الشيكات وأذون الصرف . ويحدد مجلس النقابة وجوه الصرف من السلفة المستديمة ومقدار ما يصرف ومن له اختصاص الأمر بالصرف .
