على مجلس النقابة المنتخب لأول مرة أن يعيد النظر من تلقاء نفسه فى طلبات القيد التى رفضتها اللجنة المؤقتة ويخطر أصحاب هذه الطلبات بنتيجة إعادة النظر فى طلباتهم بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول ويقوم مقام الإخطار تسلم الطالب صورة من القرار بإيصال موقع منه . وفى حالة رفض مجلس النقابة لطلب القيد يجوز لمن صدر القرار برفض قيده أن يتظلم من هذا القرار خلال شهر من تاريخ إخطاره به أو تسلمه صورة منه إلى لجنة القيد الاستئنافية المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٩ ) من هذا القانون .
