على القائمين بتطبيق احكام قوانين الضرائب والقوى العاملة والتامينات الاجتماعية وغيرها التثبت من قيد الخاضعين
لاحكام هذا القانون بالسجل التجارى عند كل تفتيش او اجراء ، واخطار مكتب السجل التجارى المختص باى مخالفة
لاحكام هذا القانون .
وعلى مكاتب السجل المدنى ان ترسل لمكتب السجل التجارى المختص فى نهاية كل شهر بيان بالتجار والشركاء
المتضامنين الذين توفوا خلال ذلك الشهر .
