لكل شخص ان يحصل من مكتب السجل التجارى صورة مستخرجة من صفحة القيد او شهادة ببعض البيانات او شهادة
سلبية فى حالة عدم القيد .
ولا يجوز ان تشتمل الصور المستخرجة على ما ياتى : -
١ -احكام اشهار الافلاس اذا حكم بالغائها او برد الاعتبار .
٢ -احكام وقرارات الحجز اذا قضيت برفع الحجر وللشريك ان يحصل على صورة طبق الاصل مستخرجة من عقد
تاسيس الشركة وكل اتفاق لاحق سواء بتعديل شروط العقد او اطالة اجل الشركة او حلها او وضعها تحت التصفيه .
