فيما عدا ما نص عليه فى البند ٤ من المادة ٣ من القانون رقم ١٦٢ لسنة ١٩٥٨ بشأن حالة الطوارئ ، تلغى المادة ٣ من القانون رقم ١١٩ لسنة ١٩٦٤ بشأن بعض التدابير الخاصة بأمن الدولة والفقرة الثانية من المادة الأولى من القانون رقم [رقم غير مقروء] لسنة ١٩٦٥ فى شأن بعض التدابير الخاصة بأمن الدولة ، وكذلك كل نص يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
