يجب على عضو النقابة أن يرد لصاحب العمل عند الطلب جميع المستندات والأوراق الخاصة به ، و يجوز للعضو أن يستخرج صورا رسمية منها لتأييد طلباته على أن يرجع بمصاريفها على خصمه إذا صدر القرار أو الحكم لمصلحته .
