يترتب على إعلان المدين أو الحائز بمحضر الحجز الموقع
على العقار وفاء لديون ممتازة كما يترتب على تسجيل محضر الحجز الموقع على
العقار وفاء لمستحقات أو ديون أخرى إلحاق إيرادات العقار المحجوز
وثمراته من تاريخ الإعلان فى الحالة الأولى ومن تاريخ التسجيل فى الحالة
الثانية لتخصم قيمتها من المستحقات المطلوبة .
