Article 34 of the Administrative Seizure Law

إذا لم يؤد المبلغ المحجوز من أجله والمصروفات لمندوب
الحاجز أو يودع خزانة الجهة المختصة خلال المدة المنصوص عليها
فى المادة ٣١ جاز بعدها الاستمرار فى إجراءات البيع المنصوص عليها
فى هذا القانون .
ويكون البيع بعد الأربعين يوما المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٣١ )
أو بعد اليوم الذى يحل فيه ميعاد الأداء .
