مع عدم الإخلال بأى عقوبة أشد منصوص عليها فى أى قانون آخر، يعاقب على مخالفة القرارات الصادرة من مجلس الوزراء تنفيذا لحكم المادة (10) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسة ملايين جنيه.
