لا يجوز الحجز أو اتخاذ أى إجراءات تنفيذ على المطارات وأراضى النزول محل الالتزام وما عليها من مبان ومنشآت وأسلاك وأجهزة ومعدات ومحطات سلكية ولا سلكية ومنارات، وما بداخلها من مهمات وأدوات وآلات لازمة لسير المرفق العام محل الالتزام.
