فيما عدا الأراضى الخاضعة للقانون رقم ٥٠ لسنة 1969 المشار إليه يجوز لمجلس إدارة
الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعى التصرف فى أراضى الإصلاح الزراعى بالممارسة لواضعى اليد
عليها بالثمن الذى تقدره اللجنة العليا لتقدير أثمان أراضى الدولة وذلك بالشروط وفقا
للضوابط والأوضاع التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
