تنشئ السلطة المختصة سجلات ، إلكترونية أو ورقية ، بأرقام مسلسلة
لقيد الكلاب المرخص بحيازتها ، على أن يتضمن هذا السجل جميع البيانات المتعلقة
بالكلب وحائزه ، وعلى الأخص اسم الحائز ومحل إقامته وأوصاف الكلب وعلاماته
المميزة والتحصينات الدورية والوبائية المشتركة ، وذلك كله على النحو الذي تنظمه
اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
