التبليغ عن أعطال أجهزة الطائرة:
على قائد الطائرة أن يدون فى السجل الفنى للطائرة أى عطل أو أداء غير عادى لأى من أجهزة الطائرة قد يحدث أو يلاحظ أثناء الرحلة وعليه قبل بدء الرحلة أن يتأكد مما تم بشأن أية أعطال أو ملاحظات سبق تدوينها فى السجل الفنى للطائرة فى رحلتها السابقة.
