يحظر العبث بأى شهادة أو اجازة أو اعتماد أو تصريح أو ترخيص أو سجلات أو أية وثيقة أخرى تقرر استعمالها بموجب أحكام هذا القانون كما يحظر مخالفة ما جاء بها من بيانات وتدريبات.
