اجازات هيئة قيادة الطائرات:
(1) يشترط فيمن يعمل عضوا فى هيئة قيادة طائرة تعمل فى اقليم الجمهورية أن يكون حائزا على اجازة سارية المفعول طبقا للقوانين والقواعد والأنظمة المعمول بها لدى دولة التسجيل.
(2) ومع ذلك يجوز لسلطات الطيران المدنى عدم الاعتراف فيما يتعلق بالطيران فى اقليم الجمهورية بالشهادات والاجازات الممنوحة لرعايا الجمهورية من دولة أجنبية.
