Article 174 bis of the Civil Aviation Law

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائتى ألف جنيه كل من خالف أحكام المادة (27 مكررا) من هذا القانون.
وفى حالة العود، تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر ولا تزيد على سنتين.
وفى جميع الأحوال، يجب الحكم بمصادرة الأدوات المضبوطة.
