يشترط لصحة اجتماع مجلس إدارة الاتحاد ومجالس إدارات الغرف السياحية،
بحسب الأحوال، أن يكون بحضور الأغلبية المطلقة لأعضائه، وتصدر قراراته بأغلبية
الأعضاء الحاضرين، وعند تساوي الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذي منه الرئيس.
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون إجراءات عقد جلسات مجلس إدارة الاتحاد
ومجالس إدارات الغرف السياحية ومواعيدها، ويجوز عقد الجلسات بنظام «الاتصال
المرئى عن بعد» أو باستخدام أى من وسائل الاتصال الحديثة.
