يكون للاتحاد موازنة مستقلة، وتبدأ السنة المالية للاتحاد في أول شهر يناير
من كل سنة، وتنتهي في نهاية شهر ديسمبر من ذات السنة، ويجب عرض
الموازنة التقديرية للاتحاد قبل شهر من تاريخ العمل بها على مجلس إدارة الاتحاد
للموافقة عليها.
