يتولى رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة الإشراف على تنفيذ سياستها العامة، ويمثل
الغرفة لدى السلطات العامة وأمام القضاء، وفي مواجهة الغير، وفي حالة غيابه يحل
محله نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة في جميع الاختصاصات، ويجوز له تفويض أي من
أعضاء مجلس الإدارة في مهمة أو مهام محددة تدخل في اختصاصه.
