يختص رئيس المحكمة المشار اليها فى المادة (٩) من هذا القانون بناء على طلب هيئة التحكيم بما يأتى :
( أ ) الحكم على من يتخلف من الشهود عن الحضور أو يمتنع عن الإجابة بالجزاءات المنصوص عليها فى المادتين ٧٨ و ٨٠ من قانون الإثبات فى المواد المدنية والتجارية .
(ب) الأمر بالإنابة القضائية .
