( ١ ) تشكل هيئة التحكيم باتفاق الطرفين من محكم واحد أو أكثر ، فإذا لم يتفقا على عدد المحكمين كان العدد ثلاثة .
( ٢ ) إذا تعدد المحكمون وجب أن يكون [غير مقروء] عددهم وترا ، وإلا كان التحكيم باطلا .
