يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على شهر أو بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تجاوز ثلاثمائة جنيه قائد السفينة أو الوحدة التى ورد بيانها فى البنود ثالثا ورابعا وخامسا من الفقرة الثانية من المادة (1) من هذا القانون الذى لا يلتزم بالقواعد الخاصة بالملاحة فى مناطق الارشاد بالميناء أو يقوم بالرسو على أحد الأرصفة غير المخصصة لذلك أو الرسو دون التصريح له من هيئة الميناء.
