كل سفينة خاضعة لالتزام الارشاد لا تستعين بخدمات المرشد تلتزم فضلا عن أداء الرسم المقرر برسم اضافى مقداره ألفا جنيه اذا دخلت الى الميناء أو تحركت فيه.
ولا يستحق الرسم الاضافى فى حالة حصول السفينة على اذن بذلك.
