يحدد وزير النقل البحرى بقرار منه منطقة الرؤية للمنائر وغيرها من العلامات الملاحية لتسهيل الملاحة البحرية بمناطق الارشاد والاقتراب من الميناء.
ولا يجوز اقامة أى بناء أو منشأة تؤثر على رؤية هذه المنائر أو العلامات الملاحية نهارا وليلا.
