فى حالة انتهاء خدمة العامل الذى يعمل فى أحد الأعمال الصعبة للعجز الكامل أو الوفاة بسبب العمل يسوى معاشه على أساس الأجر الأخير مضافا إليه العلاوات الدورية المقررة حتى نهاية مستوى الوظيفة بما لا يقل عن عشرة علاوات أو حتى بلوغه سن التقاعد أيهما أقرب .
ويصدر بتحديد الأعمال الصعبة قرار من وزير التأمينات .
