يترتب على سحب الجنسية فى الأحوال المنصوص عليها فى المادة ١٥ زوالها عن صاحبها وحده ، على أنه يجوز أن يتضمن قرار السحب سحبها كذلك عمن يكون قد اكتسبها معه بطريق التبعية كلهم أو بعضهم .
ويترتب على إسقاط الجنسية فى الأحوال المبينة فى المادة ١٦ زوالها عن صاحبها وحده .
