يلتزم المخاطبون بأحكام القانون المرافق بتوفيق أوضاعهم طبقا لأحكامه خلال
ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بلائحته التنفيذية .
ويجوز لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ، بناء على عرض الوزير المعنى بشئون الطيران المدني ،
وموافقة مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للأرصاد الجوية ، مد المهلة المشار إليها في الفقرة
الأولى من هذه المادة لمدد أخرى لا تزيد في مجموعها على سنتين .
