Article 7 of the Meteorological Authority Law

يجتمع مجلس الإدارة مرة على الأقل كل شهر، وكلما دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك،
بدعوة من رئيسه، أو بناء على طلب كتابى مقدم من ثلث أعضاء مجلس الإدارة على
الأقل، وترسل الدعوة إلى الاجتماع مرفقا بها جدول الأعمال قبل ميعاد الجلسة بثلاثة
أيام على الأقل وذلك فيما عدا الاجتماعات الطارئة.
ويكون اجتماع مجلس الإدارة صحيحا بحضور أغلبية الأعضاء، وتصدر القرارات
بأغلبية آراء الحاضرين، وعند التساوى يرجح الجانب الذى منه رئيس مجلس الإدارة.
