تتكون موارد الهيئة من:
١- المبالغ التي تخصص لها في الموازنة العامة للدولة.
٢- مقابل الخدمات التي تؤديها الهيئة للغير نتيجة مباشرة نشاطها.
٣- التبرعات والهبات والمنح والإعانات غير المشروطة المرتبطة بنشاط الهيئة،
والتي يقبلها مجلس الإدارة.
