يجب أن يبين فى منطوق الحكم الذى يأمر بالإثبات بشهادة الشهود كل واقعة من الوقائع المأمور بإثباتها وإلا كان باطلا ، ويبين كذلك فى الحكم اليوم الذى يبدأ فيه التحقيق والميعاد الذى يجب أن يتم فيه .
