لا يجوز لأحد الزوجين أن يفشى بغير رضاء الآخر ما أبلغه إليه أثناء الزوجية ولو بعد انفصالها إلا فى حالة رفع دعوى من أحدهما على الآخر أو إقامة دعوى على أحدهما بسبب جناية أو جنحة وقعت منه على الآخر .
