لا تسمع شهادة الشهود إلا فيما يتعلق بإثبات حصول الكتابة أو الإمضاء أو الختم أو بصمة الأصبع على المحرر المقتضى تحقيقه ممن نسبت إليه .
وتراعى فى هذه الحالة القواعد المقررة فى الفصل الخاص بشهادة الشهود .
