فى حالة تسليم المحررات الرسمية لقلم الكتاب تقوم الصور التى تنسخ منها مقام الأصل متى كانت ممضاة من القاضى المنتدب والكاتب والموظف الذى سلم الأصل ، ومتى أعيد الأصل إلى محله ، رد الصورة المأخوذة منه إلى قلم الكتاب ويصير إلغاؤها .
