يشتمل منطوق الحكم الصادر بالتحقيق على :
( ١ ) ندب أحد قضاة المحكمة لمباشرة التحقيق .
(ب) تعيين خبير أو ثلاثة خبراء .
(ج) تحديد اليوم والساعة اللذين يكون فيهما التحقيق .
( د ) الأمر بإيداع المحرر المقتضى تحقيقه قلم الكتاب بعد بيان حالته على الوجه المبين بالمادة السابقة .
