على أعضاء الضبط القضائى العسكرى أن يثبتوا جميع الإجراءات التى يقومون بها فى محاضر موقع عليها منهم وبينوا بها وقت اتخاذ الإجراء وتاريخه ومكان حصوله .
وعليهم فور الانتهاء من التحقيق أن يرفعوا المحاضر والأشياء المضبوطة مرفقة بخلاصة عن القضية إلى القائد أو النيابة العسكرية المختصة حسب الأحوال .
