تنفذ العقوبات السالبة للحرية الصادرة على العسكريين فى السجون العسكرية إلا إذا جردوا من صفتهم العسكرية فيجوز نقلهم إلى السجون المدنية .
أما بالنسبة للدنيين فتنفذ عقوباتهم فى السجون المدنية .
