( أ ) ينفذ حكم الإعدام بالنسبة للعسكريين رميا بالرصاص ، أما بالنسبة للدنيين فينفذ طبقا للقانون .
(ب) تحدد الأوامر العسكرية كيفية تنفيذ حكم الإعدام .
(ج) ينظم محضر بالتنفيذ يحفظ مع أوراق الدعوى .
