تطليق القاضى لعدم الانفاق يقع رجعيا . والزوج أن يراجع زوجته
اذا ثبت إيساره واستعد للانفاق فى أثناء العدة ، فان لم يثبت إيساره ولم يستعد
للانفاق لم تصح الرجعة .
