يجوز لوزير الحربية بناء على اقتراح لجنة الضباط
وتصديق القائد العام للقوات المسلحة أن يمنح الضابط اجازة دراسية
برتب أو بغير مرتب مدة لا تجاوز أربع سنوات . وتعتبر مدة الاجازة
الدراسية خدمة القوات المسلحة .
