Article 68 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

لا يجوز انتداب الضباط الآتى ذكرهم للخدمة خارج
وحدات السلاح :
( ١ ) الملازمون
( ٢ ) الملازمون الأولون الذين لم يتم تأهيلهم ولم يقضوا سنتين خدمة
على الأقل بهذه الرتبة بالسلاح
( ٣ ) الضباط من رتبة النقيب الذين لم يقضوا سنتين بوحدات سلاحهم ،
أما الضباط المتدبون الذين يرقون إلى رتبة نقيب فيجب إعادتهم
لسلاحهم خلال سنة على الأكثر من تاريخ ترقيتهم إلى هذه الرتبة
