لرئيس الجمهورية بقرار منه تقرير مكافأة شهرية للأنواط والميداليات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون أو زيادة المكافأة الشهرية لها بما لا يجاوز عشرة آلاف جنيه شهريا ، وذلك دون الإخلال بالشروط والضوابط المنصوص عليها لاستحقاق وصرف مكافآت الأنواط والميداليات المشار إليها .
