مصلحة الشهر العقارى والتوثيق هى الجهة المنوط بها تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون.
وتنشا مكاتب خاصة للشهر العقارى والتوثيق، تختص بجميع شئون الشهر والتوثيق بالنسبة لطلبات تملك غير المصريين للعقارات المبنية أو الأراضى الفضاء وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون، ويتعين على هذه المكاتب إنهاء إجراءات التسجيل خلال عشرة أيام على أكثر من تاريخ استيفاء الأوراق المطلوبة.
يصدر بتنظيم العمل بهذه المكاتب قرار من وزير العدل.
