يلغى قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 475 لسنة 1979 بانشاء مركز تنمية الصادرات المصرية المعدل بقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 71 لسنة 1986، كما يلغى كل حكم يخالف أحكام هذا القانون.
