تنشأ هيئة عامة تتبع وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة الخارجية تسمى مركز تنمية الصادرات المصرية، يكون مقرها الرئيسى مدينة القاهرة وتكون لها الشخصية الاعتبارية، ويجوز للهيئة أن تنشئ فروعا لها داخل الجمهورية.
